Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced 2D Digital Animators for several exciting high-profile productions with worldwide exposure.
Position Requirements:
• Must have strong sense of animation timing.
• Must be flexible, willing to learn, and be highly motivated to push the envelope of what is possible in order to create beautiful, memorable animation.
This position is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled and motivated animators who enjoy being part of an elite team of animation professionals. Pay is highly variable and based entirely on productivity and quality. High performance individuals will have an opportunity to make director-level compensation without regard for seniority. Staff Director
Type: Full-Time Employee. Permanent.
Salary: $83,200-104,000. Medical/Dental benefits. 3 weeks vacation.

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Director to build, develop, and lead a production crew on upcoming and future projects.
Position Requirements:
• Must have strong leadership skills and a lead-by-example mentality.
• Must be flexible as well as practical in approach to methodology.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to deal with the production at any level of detail.
• Must have a strong sense of animation timing and comedy.
• Must be willing to learn Toon Boom Animation’s Harmony software.
• Must have a broad creative skill set that encompasses all facets of production from story and design, to animation, compositing, special effects, 3D animation, 2D / 3D integration, and even graphic design. Candidates with individual specialties are welcome but all applicants must have a robust knowledge base.
• All candidates must be uncompromising and motivated in their need to to create beautiful, memorable animation.
This is a senior and multi-faceted position that requires exceptional artistic and leadership skills. Staff Directors must lead by example and be able to creatively supervise a production from design to post while mentoring younger artists and motivating their team to achieve exceptional results. This is a rare senior staff position with meaningful input in almost all areas of the company including its development and production slates. Staff Directors must be flexible, able to multi-task, and add creative value in all areas including conceptual development, script, design, story, animation, compositing/effects, and even music.
Our team works on the highest profile and most demanding 2D animated series being produced. If you’re an exceptional artist with a diverse skill set and don’t know the meaning of the word compromise, you should be working in an environment that sets the standard for television animation.
